From contract acceptance through to your client's 1 year anniversary date- your TC keeps your upcoming deadlines and reminders in mind.

Our TCs are trained to keep your files up to eXp and state required compliance. SkySlope, KV Core, SISU, are just a few of the platforms our TCs are able to manage.

Provided your preferences on inspection services, your TC is happy to schedule and confirm appointments within the escrow timeline.

Based on your business preference- our TCs can be as involved (or as passive) within a transaction as you choose. If it is preferred, your TC can go unnoticed throughout the process. However our TCs are professionals who can communicate with your client's, escrow, and cooperating parties as needed to get to closing.

Because your TC is a local, licensed Realtor. They have access to state and company forms, and can legally draft contract documents on your behalf. Provided clear instructions your TC can write up contractual items like amendments, extensions, J-1 repair requests, etc. Your TC will send items for broker & client signature, and circulate as needed.

Our TCs are available weekly via Google Meets to review your files and needs with you personally. This is a chance to sync up your checklists, discuss and edit duties, and of course chit-chat! We are here to support your business, but we are also here to support each other as people working together in this industry.
