PRICING AND FEES

PAYMENT IS DUE at closing. Payment is made through escrow, as a split percentage from the sales agent commissions (unless otherwise specified by the BIC). How the fee is disbursed within the Connxtion Team may vary.

*Connxtion reserves the right to decline a transaction file for any reason. The terms of agreement will begin with the start of any requested managed file, at opening of escrow (or once file access has been shared). The terms of agreement will end with the closing or cancellation of escrow.

**Pricing is set for an “average” transaction. The amount of work presented with a transaction can vary, therefore price may be negotiated as a higher or lesser amount as agreed upon by both the sales agent and Connxtion management.
